Banquet Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Server to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest services during events and banquets, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner during banquets and events
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and tableware
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and address any special requests promptly
• Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow
• Reset banquet rooms for subsequent events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience with food preparation or hotel service is a plus but not required
