Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements in a courteous manner
• Serve food and beverages promptly, accurately, and professionally during banquets, events, and special functions
• Set up banquet tables with appropriate linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces to meet event specifications
• Clear tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service period.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting banquet areas for subsequent events or courses
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings
• Strong guest services and guest relations skills to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
• Previous experience with serving.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, catering operations, and hospitality standards
