Banquet Server

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our team. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up banquet events, serving food and beverages to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction during events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet events according to the event plan.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of event spaces.
• Communicate effectively with the event coordinator and kitchen staff.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Assist with cleaning and breakdown of the event space after the event.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
