Banquet Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server and/or Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service during events and functions, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. The Banquet Server and/or bartender will be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs with professionalism and courtesy.

Duties

• Set up banquet tables, chairs, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist with the bussing of tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
• Break down banquet setups after events, including cleaning and returning items to storage.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
• Experience in bartending or hotel environments is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
