Banquet Supervisor

About the role

Banquet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions, events, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions. The position ensures that all events are executed efficiently, guests receive excellent service, and hotel standards are consistently maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff during event setup, service, and dismantling.
• Ensure function rooms are prepared according to event orders and guest requirements.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with banquet team members.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth coordination throughout the function.
• Ensure proper arrangement of tables, chairs, linens, buffet stations, and equipment.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in banquet operations or food and beverage service.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
