BANQUET SUPERVISOR

Supervise and coordinate daily banquet operations and event functions.

Lead, brief, and assign duties to banquet staff before and during events.

Ensure tables, chairs, decorations, equipment, and other banquet setups are arranged according to event requirements.

Coordinate with the kitchen, event coordinator, sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.

Monitor food and beverage service to ensure quality, presentation, and timely delivery.

Ensure proper sequence of service and maintain high standards of guest service.

Welcome guests and handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.

Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and work discipline.

Train and guide banquet staff on service procedures, safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Conduct pre-event briefings and communicate event details clearly to the team.

Ensure banquet areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained before, during, and after events.

Monitor banquet equipment, utensils, linen, and operating supplies.

Coordinate event breakdown, clearing, cleaning, and proper storage of equipment after functions.

Assist with inventory checks and minimize wastage and breakage.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company procedures.

Handle unexpected operational issues and coordinate solutions promptly.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
