About the Role
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel or customer-service environment.
- Training or demonstrable experience in beverage preparation.
- Excellent presentation, discretion and client service.
- Ability to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea and welcome beverages.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, beverage safety and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to maintain the bar, glassware and utensils to impeccable standards.
- Basic stock, expiry-date, storage, portion and waste control.
- Ability to process payments and assist with basic cash control.
- Calm and polished manner suitable for a premium beauty environment.
Preferred
Formal bartending/hospitality training, cocktail and mocktail knowledge, and experience in hotels, lounges or premium venues
