HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Lead and continuously evolve the property's beverage program across outlets, banquets, special events, and activations.
  • Partner with Food & Beverage leadership and the Lead Sommelier to develop and execute the overall beverage strategy, including wine, cocktail, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs.
  • Serve as the operational leader of The Mansion Bar, maintaining a visible presence during service and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Create innovative beverage menus, seasonal promotions, activations, and revenue-generating initiatives that align with the property's luxury positioning.
  • Drive financial performance through effective management of beverage revenue, labor costs, inventory controls, purchasing, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture.
  • Maintain compliance with all liquor regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders to enhance programming, product offerings, and operational success.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You bring extensive beverage leadership experience within a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or award-winning bar environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of beverage operations, including wines, spirits, cocktails, beer, inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.
  • You are confident analyzing financial performance, interpreting profit and loss statements, and driving revenue and profitability improvements.
  • You have a proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and engage high-performing teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • You are experienced with beverage inventory systems, point-of-sale platforms, and Microsoft Office applications used for reporting and analysis.
  • You demonstrate exceptional guest service, communication, and relationship-building skills while maintaining a calm and professional presence.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering across departments to deliver memorable guest experiences.
  • You hold all required food handling and beverage certifications and are committed to responsible alcohol service and regulatory compliance.

OUR BENEFITSAs part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.
