Bar & Restaurant Duty Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Duty Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate team membersto perform at their best
• Manage bar operations including bartending duties, drink mixing, and maintaining stock levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and efficient service during peak hours

Requirements

• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
• Experience in bartending, serving, or barista roles is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of food safety protocols and allergens
• Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
