What they need
Responsibilities
- Take orders & serve finger food and beverages according to service standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
- Recommend wines/sake/cocktails to customers accordingly.
- Maintain the bar area, equipment and work surfaces in a clean and organized.
- Ensure glasses, garnishes, ice and other bar supplies are properly prepared and available for service.
- Monitor beverage stock and inform Manager of shortages or replenishment needs.
Requirement
- Previous F&B, bartending, hospitality or similar experience in Western Restaurant.
- Good knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, sake and beverage service.
- Familiar with basic bar hygiene, cleanliness and safe handling of equipment and beverages.
- Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- WSET certification will be an added advantage.
Staff Meal will be provided
Working Days: Thursday - Sunday
Working Hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
