Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft beverages, following established recipes and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked appropriately
• Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock supplies and notifying supervisors when replenishments are needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and provide correct change to customers
• Support team members during busy periods by serving food, clearing tables, and maintaining a lively environment

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, especially in bartending or serving roles
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with restaurant or bar equipment and procedures is preferred
