Bar Assistant

Job Summary
Rookies Bar & Grill is looking for a reliable Bar Assistant to support bartenders, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and help keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with daily bar service.
• Restock beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean and organized.
• Collect and clean glasses and bar equipment.
• Prepare garnishes and basic bar supplies.
• Help receive and store beverage deliveries.
• Support the team during busy shifts.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and responsible-service procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous bar, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Comfortable working in a busy bar environment.
• Able to lift and move supplies when required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

About The Company
Rookies Bar & Grill is a local Omaha bar and grill at 1702 N 120th St. The establishment offers a full bar along with food and entertainment in a neighborhood sports-bar setting.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
