Rate of Pay: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience.

Hours:

• Around 10 - 15 hours a week
• Friday & Saturday evenings: 6:00/7:00 PM – Close (Around 12:00 PM - 1:00 AM)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve drinks behind the bar
• Take food and drink orders from guests in the café and bar
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, tables, and service areas
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and adhere to licensing laws
• Handle cash and card payments using the POS system
• Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests
• Restock supplies throughout your shift
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth service
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Additional tasks: running food, cocktail & hot drink making, cashing up, opening & closing

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender beneficial but not essential
• Knowledge of drink mixing and basic bar equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Availability for weekend evenings
