Bar Associate

Majestic Hotels - Bristol is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and service-focused Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences.

As a Bar & Restaurant Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our restaurant and bar, ensuring outstanding service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the bar and restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, motivate, and support the Food & Beverage team during shifts.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest receives a warm and professional experience.- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure all food and beverage service meets the hotel's quality and presentation standards.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor or senior Food & Beverage role within a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.- Personal Licence and knowledge of hospitality systems are advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
