Bar Attendant (Supervisor)

Nicolas Ristorante is seeking an experienced Bar Attendant (Supervisor) to join our busy front-of-house team in Bunbury.

This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the bar and supporting the smooth running of restaurant service.

Duties include:

• Supervising and supporting bar and front-of-house staff during service
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine and beer
• Providing professional customer service and assisting with guest enquiries
• Opening and closing the bar and completing end-of-service procedures
• Monitoring beverage stock levels and assisting with stock control and ordering
• Ensuring the bar is clean, organised and correctly stocked for service
• Training and assisting junior bar and front-of-house staff
• Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements and workplace procedures are followed
• Handling payments and assisting with POS operations
• Working closely with restaurant management and owners to maintain efficient service and high customer service standards

Applicants should have previous experience working in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue, with supervisory experience preferred. A current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is required.

This is a permanent full-time position working approximately 38 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and split shifts as required.

Pay: $71,481.00 – $79,000.00 per year
