Bar Back

About the Role:

Cabali is looking for an energetic and motivated Bar Back to join our team! This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you'll be the backbone of our bar operations, keeping things running smoothly so our bartenders can deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

• Stock and restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and garnishes
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift
• Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during high-volume periods
• Collect and wash glassware to ensure a steady supply during peak hours
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and debris to maintain a safe and tidy workspace
• Communicate inventory needs to bartenders and management proactively

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Previous bar back, busser, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong physical stamina — ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
