We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Bar Back to join our dynamic team. As a Bar Back,you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar team,ensuring the smooth flow of operations,and contributing to the overall excellence of our drinking experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies,including ice,glassware,and garnishes.
• Retrieve and restock liquor,beer,and other beverages as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized,adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support bartenders during service,anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Bar Back or similar support role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items,such as kegs and cases of beverages.
