About the role

We're looking for creative, confident people to join our Bar Crew at Mama's & Club Colette. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be serving drinks, chatting with customers, and helping create the atmosphere that makes our venues such a great night out. Previous bar or cocktail experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.

Weekend and late night availability is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, engaging, and professional customer service at all times.
• Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Recommend and upsell beverages based on customer preferences.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits and cocktail preparation.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Ability to work late nights
• Ability to work all weekend long
