What they need
· Day to day bar operations with exception customer service
· Staff coordination and delegation
· Leading, training and supporting FOH beverage attendants.
· Ensuring bar is setup/stocked/clean
· TAB Compliance & operating TAB console
· Managing beverage stock levels, ordering, inventory control
· Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards and relevant liquor licensing laws
· Closing bar and securing the premises
· Keeping the venue safe, compliant and running smoothly
· Monitoring bar equipment & reporting maintenance issues
· Ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions
Ideal Candidate will require…
· Current RSA & Approved Mangers Card
· 3+ years experience running Beverage/Bar operations
· High level of customer service
· Strong communication & leadership skills
· Availability to work weekends and late nights
· A confident presence
· Solid work ethic and hands-on attitude
· Security Licence advantageous
