Bar Lead

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Lead to help lead our busy food hall bar. If you have strong bartending skills, management experience, know how to keep a team moving during high-volume service, and take pride in creating a great guest experience—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the bar team during high-volume service
• Set the standard for quality cocktails, beer, wine, and guest service
• Keep the bar team organized, efficient, and moving with urgency
• Train, coach, and support bartenders and barbacks
• Help manage opening, closing, side work, prep, stocking, and daily bar operations
• Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and service standards
• Monitor inventory, product levels, and bar cleanliness
• Handle POS and cash accurately and help ensure proper cash-handling procedures
• Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service and company policies
• Step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
• Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of bartending experience
• Previous bar leadership or management experience required
• High-volume bartending experience strongly preferred
• Strong cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge
• Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and busy service periods

Requirements (Must Have)

• Valid RBS Certification

• Valid Food Handler Card

• 21+ years old

• 5+ years of bartending experience

• Previous leadership or management experience
