Bar Leader

We are looking for a passionate and driven Bar Leader to oversee daily bar operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional beverage quality and guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to drive performance on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Manage day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards of drink quality, presentation, and consistency
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are always met

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent service
• Conduct daily briefings and on-the-job coaching
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement

Sales & Performance

• Drive beverage sales through upselling and product knowledge
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Control beverage cost, wastage, and stock levels

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory tracking
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accuracy
• Minimize waste and prevent stock discrepancies

Guest Experience

• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and professional service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Create a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in bar operations or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee, and beverage trends
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience in high-volume restaurant or bar
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems / POS
