Woodside is a premium community tavern in the heart of Manukau, open 7 days a week. We're more than just a bar – we offer an all-day dining experience, host a wide range of private functions, and are known for our weekly live music, entertainment, and community events. No two days are the same, making Woodside an exciting and rewarding place to work.

We're looking for a hands-on Bar Manager who leads by example and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll be responsible for leading our bar team, maintaining high service standards, managing stock and ordering, ensuring compliance, and helping drive the success of one of South Auckland's busiest hospitality venues.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience managing a busy bar or hospitality venue
• A current LCQ and Manager's Certificate (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Experience with stock control, ordering, and team development
• A passion for exceptional customer service
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
