Job Description

• Oversee and manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the bar team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure excellent guest service and create memorable experiences for customers.
• Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and cost control.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and bar profitability.
• Develop and maintain beverage menus, including cocktails and signature drinks.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overall operations.
• Train and coach staff to improve product knowledge and service quality.
• Handle operational issues and resolve guest complaints professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Bar Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, bar, or high-end hospitality venue is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
