Bar Manager

Position: Bar Manager
Location: Panckhula
Experience: 4–6 years in Bar/Restaurant/Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and manage the bar team.
• Prepare and maintain beverage menus, cocktails, and recipes.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and beverage costs.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and stock control.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for efficient operations.
• Handle guest queries and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Control wastage and maintain proper records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and liquor regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of bar inventory and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
