Bar Manager

Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Bar Manager to join our team. We do things a little differently here as our managers don't just manage. This is a hybrid role where you will balance leadership responsibilities with active floor shifts (ie bartending)

What the Role Looks Like:

• Active Leadership: You aren't just watching from the sidelines. You’ll be managing the floor, handling guest relations, and overseeing staff while simultaneously holding a "revenue-generating" position (serving or bartending) during certain shifts.
• Operational Oversight: Helping to ensure every shift runs smoothly, managing side-work, and upholding our high standards for service and hospitality.
• Flexible Hands-on Management: We have a unique management style that we prefer to discuss in person, but it centers on teamwork, lead-by-example energy, and community.
• Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as these are our most important times to connect with our guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant (Server, Bartender, or Shift Lead).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to "think on your feet" during a busy rush.
• A positive, team-first attitude.
• Food Manager card is required
• Availability for close to 40 hours per week.

Pay & Benefits:

• Range: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour.
• Note: Actual hourly rate is dependent on the specific role performed that day (e.g., base management rate vs. server/bartender rate + tips).
• We believe in rewarding hard work and offer a pay structure that reflects the variety of work you'll be doing.
• PTO accruing after 6 months hired

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
