Bar Manager

Job Summary
The Salty Dog Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations. This role will support staff, maintain service standards, monitor business performance, and help ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Lead, coach, and support front- and back-of-house employees.
• Monitor customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee training.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and operating expenses.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Help maintain compliance with food safety and company procedures.
• Review daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the General Manager with administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
