Job Title: Bar Manager

Location: Lagos (Agege)

Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 Naira

Job Description:

As a Bar Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a team of bar staff. Your role will focus on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise bar staff and ensure high-quality customer service.

· Manage bar inventory and supplies.

· Oversee the preparation and serving of beverages.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

· Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Train new staff members and conduct regular performance evaluations.

· Assist in creating and implementing promotional activities to increase sales.

· Monitor daily sales and manage cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.

· Proven experience as a bartender or bar supervisor.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

· Basic knowledge of inventory management.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
