Dosa Darling Restaurant is casual South Indian Restaurant, based in the Cowley road, Oxford. We're a well established family run business, priding ourselves on outstanding food and exceptional service.

The philosophy focuses on using the best local produce available to create a menu of contemporary Southern Indian dishes.

We are a small team and a true family that is looking for passionate, like-minded folks to join our team, and grow with us.

We're currently looking for a Bar Manager with varying shift patterns from Tuesday - Sunday, flexibility and understanding of the nature of the business is required, and prior manager level experience is preferred.

He/she would need to have a good knowledge and a passion about costumer service. You would also be involved in food service.

Willingness to learn about the concept of the restaurant and understand our style of food and service is crucial for the right candidate.
