Bar Manager – Luckies Bar & Grill

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

Luckies Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Bar Manager to join our leadership team.

We’re looking for someone who loves the bar business, leads from the floor, and understands that great hospitality starts with a great team. The ideal candidate is an experienced bartender and manager who brings energy, creativity, accountability, and a guest-first mindset to every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership position. We want someone who is comfortable behind the bar, engaging with guests, coaching the team, and taking ownership of the day-to-day operation and continued development of our bar program.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the bar team
• Create a positive, high-energy, hospitality-focused culture
• Maintain exceptional standards for service, drinks, cleanliness, and organization
• Manage liquor, beer, wine, and bar inventory
• Ordering, receiving, and inventory controls
• Monitor beverage costs, waste, and overall bar profitability
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management
• Help develop and evolve our cocktail and beverage program
• Maintain recipes, preparation standards, and consistency across the bar
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and proper bar safety procedures
• Work closely with the management team to create an exceptional guest experience
• Lead by example and be an active presence behind the bar and on the floor
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, service, and the overall bar experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Working knowledge of inventory, ordering, beverage costs, and cost controls
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an interest in cocktails, bar culture, and hospitality
• Ability to stay organized and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Accountability, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a restaurant leadership team
• Desire to learn, grow, adapt, and continually improve
