Bar Manager

Twisted Fork is seeking a dependable and experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations and support the beverage and service team. This role involves coordinating bar staff, maintaining beverage and guest-service standards, monitoring inventory and supplies, assisting guests, and helping ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills and is comfortable working in a busy restaurant and bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and guest-service activities.
• Coordinate bartender assignments and workflow throughout each shift.
• Support and guide bartenders and other service team members.
• Monitor beverage quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and guest-service standards.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching new and existing bar staff.
• Handle routine guest questions, requests, and service concerns professionally.
• Monitor beverage inventory, bar supplies, glassware, and service materials.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and restocking bar supplies.
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked bar and service areas.
• Help maintain efficient guest and order flow during busy service periods.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
• Communicate staffing, inventory, supply, and operational needs to restaurant management.
• Work with restaurant leadership to maintain consistent beverage and service standards.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous bar, restaurant, hospitality, or beverage-service experience.
• Previous bartender, shift-lead, or bar-management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Good attention to beverage quality, cleanliness, inventory, and service details.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and bar operations.
• Able to train, support, and work effectively with a service team.
• Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
