We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Bar Manager to lead our friendly and vibrant pub in the heart of Winchmore Hill.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who can create a welcoming atmosphere, drive sales, lead a successful team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the pub
• Leading, motivating, and developing the team
• Delivering excellent customer service standards
• Driving sales and profitability through great leadership and local engagement
• Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Recruiting, training, and developing team members
• Maintaining high standards across all areas of the business

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness and a track record of improving sales and profitability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
• Personal Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
