Bar Manager

Oversee daily bar operations, manage and develop the bar team, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of beverage quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations and beverage service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate shift coverage.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders.
• Control beverage costs, waste, and portion sizes.
• Oversee POS systems, cash handling, and daily transactions.
• Ensure proper beverage storage and stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and bar safety standards.
• Monitor staff performance and service efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Organize bar promotions, special events, and beverage specials.
• Ensure compliance with applicable alcohol-service regulations.
• Oversee opening, closing, and cash-reconciliation procedures.
• Report sales, inventory, and operational performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
• Bar-management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Good knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong inventory and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Good organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
