We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team and

elevate our beverage offerings.

Job Summary:

As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar

operations, ensuring a high standard of service, managing inventory, and leading a

team of bartenders and bar staff. Your role will include maintaining excellent customer

service, developing new drink menus, and optimizing profitability while upholding

health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high-

quality drinks.

• Develop and implement creative beverage menus, including cocktails,

mocktails, wines, and other specialty drinks.

• Recruit, train, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work

environment.

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste

and maintain cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for cost-

effective purchasing.

• Monitor bar sales and profitability, implementing strategies to drive revenue and

customer satisfaction.

• Engage with customers to enhance their experience, handling complaints and

feedback professionally

.• Implement and maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the bar

area.

• Work closely with the restaurant management team to align bar operations with

overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a leadership role within the

hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, and beverage pairing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating an exceptional guest

experience.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Personal license (preferred but not essential).
