Job Title: Full-Time Bar Manager
Location: The Rockleigh, 26 Paris Ave. Rockleigh, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time (Includes Weekends and Evenings)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations during events. This role includes overseeing bartenders and ensuring top-quality service throughout each event. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and lead the bar team during events, ensuring smooth and efficient service

· Schedule, train, and supervise bartenders for weddings and special events

· Manage beverage inventory, track usage, and place restock orders as needed

· Ensure all bar setups meet venue standards before each event

· Maintain compliance with alcohol service laws and venue policies

· Work collaboratively with the event management team to meet client expectations

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area at all times

· Assist in developing specialty cocktails and drink menus for events

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of bar management or lead bartender experience (event or banquet setting preferred)

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule

· TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred

· Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
