BAR MANAGER

Full time, permanent

£45,000 per annum + variable tronc

What experience you will have:

• Currently an experienced Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager within a busy, high-volume, quality-led hospitality venue
• Confident managing high-energy bar operations, maintaining exceptional drinks standards and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Experience recruiting, training, motivating and developing bar teams, with the ability to build a strong team culture from day one
• Excellent cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge, with a genuine passion for drinks and emerging industry trends
• Strong commercial awareness, including stock management, inventory control, labour costs, budgets and driving revenue
• Sound knowledge of licensing, Health & Safety and responsible alcohol service
• A hands-on, organised and approachable leader who thrives under pressure, leads by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in
