Desired Candidate Profile

Someone who has led a Bar programme in a high-volume, guest-facing environment. All-day dining or lifestyle restaurant experience is a strong advantage. A natural federator - someone who brings the bar, the floor, and the kitchen together around the drink. Commercially sharp without letting the numbers flatten the experience. English written and spoken is a must. Arabic is a genuine advantage.
