Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a vibrant personality, who can lead an amazing Bar team in this glamorous, New York inspired cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous people management and hospitality experience.
• Experience managing a venue of high volume.
• Experience managing liquor stock.
• Ability to understand guest’s needs.
• Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
• Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including FOH and Kitchen.
• Excellent financial acumen.
