Bar Manager/GM

Looking for someone that is energetic and ready to make everyone feel at home when they walk through the door. You will oversee the staff and operations by making sure it’s clean, in accordance with DOH,functioning efficiently, and inviting for customers to relax. Your main duties would include scheduling employees and building their shift calendars, managing and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring the FOH inventory is well-stocked. The candidate should be experienced in a supervisory role and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The candidate must be able to motivate and positively influence staff and be on-site.

Requirement - 3 years of hospitality management experience

FOH Manager Responsibilities:

• Cooperating with the management group, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management
• Supervising staff and controlling labor cost
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
• Human resource onboarding and staff scheduling
• Weekly beverage inventory, delivery and invoice management
• Calendar management with management group
• Repair & maintenance personagement with management group
• Take lead from ownership on brand management
• Event management with management group
• Menu management with management group
• Must have food handlers certification

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
