Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the overall bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, proper inventory control, staff supervision, and compliance with hotel standards and applicable regulations.

Job Description:

• Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and schedule bar staff.
• Handle guest service and resolve complaints.
• Monitor liquor, beverage, and bar stock.
• Control wastage, breakage, and inventory variance.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Maintain bar hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and applicable liquor regulations.
• Coordinate with F&B, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
• Monitor bar costs and support revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar inventory control.
• Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic bar cost control.

Salary 30,000/- (Negotiable for right candidates)
