Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol licensing laws
• Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer payments efficiently
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and other essentials
• Follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• A positive attitude combined with a proactive approach to guest service
