Located at 12th and Crescent, Blackjack is a sophisticated cocktail experience offering South Asian–inspired tapas and decor.

We take pride in our beverage program, and the bar prep role is a vital foundation of our success. All of our cocktail components are made fresh in-house daily, requiring a high level of precision, consistency, and care. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and eager to be part of a dynamic hospitality team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Punctuality, diligence, and a methodical approach to work.
• A team player who takes pride in supporting others to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills, especially under pressure.
• The ability to self-manage and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A genuine curiosity about food, beverage, and hospitality culture—and a desire to keep learning and growing.

What You Can Expect From Us:

• Opportunities for growth — the bar prep role is a great stepping stone toward bartending and other roles within our team.
• Discounted dining. A supportive, professional environment that values hard work, creativity, and collaboration.

If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to meet you!
