Bar Receptionist

Location: Tomas Morato, Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage guest reservations, table assignments, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding the bar’s services, promotions, events, and policies.
• Coordinate with bartenders, servers, and other staff to ensure smooth guest flow and service.
• Monitor guest arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate reservation and customer records.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; hospitality or customer service training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, hostess, front desk staff, or customer service representative is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional personality.
• Well-organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling multiple guests and requests.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
