Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Use POS systems such as focus to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and cater to guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales.

Experience

• Proven bartending experience in fine dining or hospitality environments with strong cocktail mixing skills.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and brewing processes.
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in busy settings.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations.
• Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus; food safety certification is preferred but not required.
