Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu options, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare and serve beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, process sales transactions efficiently, and handle cash or credit payments securely.
• Upsell menu items such as specialty cocktails or premium spirits to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning bar areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Assist with food handling and preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Provide outstanding guest service by addressing questions about drink ingredients, wine pairings, or food recommendations while fostering guest relations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to boost sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong guest relations capabilities.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
