Bar Server

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bar Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and serve beverage orders accurately, maintaining high standards of service.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, including serving appetizers or snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections and menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery during busy periods or events such as banquets and catering functions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns professionally to ensure an excellent experience.
• Support the team during special events, ensuring smooth service during catering or banquet functions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with serving beverages, food preparation, or catering is advantageous.
• Barista experience or dietary aide background can be beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
