Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and food to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles with a focus on beverage service is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
