Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, following all safety and quality standards.
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tools, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables, setting up stations, or assisting kitchen staff when needed.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items like wine knowledge or cocktail ingredients and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Experience with beverage preparation including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink service is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Background in hospitality or the food industry with experience in serving or bartending roles will be advantageous.

Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
