This position is for Iron Vine and Taco district. Candidate chosen must be available for lunch during the week!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to quality standards and presentation guidelines
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover
• Upsell menu items by recommending drinks and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end while maintaining excellent guest relations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or beverage industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in a restaurant environment
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen support is advantageous for supporting overall restaurant operations

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
