Job Summary

You’ll be responsible for crafting cocktails, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe bar area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while providing top-tier guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, ensuring quality standards are met
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using POS systems
• Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or bartending within a restaurant or nightlife environment, including nightclub experience or fine dining familiarity
• Strong knowledge of beverage service techniques, spirits, wine knowledge, and cocktail recipes
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
