Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic part-time Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at The Bank House. Located in a historic setting, this role is essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the pub and restaurant.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
